Do I need any design or coding experience?

Not at all. Squarespace uses a visual website editor, so you can update your colours, fonts, photographs, copy and layouts without coding. Your template also includes guidance to help you get started.

Which Squarespace plan will I need?

You will need an active Squarespace subscription to publish your website. The right plan will depend on the features your business needs, such as selling products, accepting payments or offering memberships. Your Squarespace subscription is purchased separately and is not included with your template.

Is my domain included?

No. Your domain and Squarespace subscription are purchased separately. You can connect an existing domain or purchase one through Squarespace.

Can I use the template for any type of business?

Yes. Although each demo is styled with a particular business in mind, you can replace the branding, photographs, copy and services to suit your own business.

Can I change the colours and fonts?

Absolutely. Your template is designed to be customised with your own brand colours and fonts. You can also replace the demo photographs and adjust the content throughout the site.

Will my website work on mobile?

Yes. Each template is designed and checked across desktop and mobile layouts. You should still review your website after adding your own content, as different image sizes and amounts of text can affect the final layout.

Is Squarespace included in the template price?

No. Your purchase includes the website template and supporting resources. Your Squarespace subscription, domain, fonts, stock imagery and any third-party tools are purchased separately unless specifically stated.

How will I receive my template?

After purchasing, you will receive instructions explaining how to access your template and add it to your Squarespace account.

Can I use the template more than once?

Your standard licence covers one template for one business and one live website. You will need to purchase an additional licence if you want to use it for another business or website.

If you are a designer who would like to use a template for client projects, get in touch to discuss a commercial licence.

Are template updates included?

Where possible, I update templates to keep them working smoothly with relevant platform changes. Applicable updates will be made available to existing customers at no additional cost.

What support is included?

You will have access to unlimited template-related support. Send through your questions and I will generally respond within two business days.

Support covers questions about your purchased template and its original design. It does not include full customisation, custom coding, copywriting or troubleshooting unrelated third-party services.

Can you customise the template for me?

Yes. If DIY is not your thing, you can book template customisation and have your chosen design tailored to your branding and content.

Can I return or exchange my template?

Because templates are digital products delivered immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the demo, included pages and platform requirements carefully before purchasing.
